Office 365 Not Working

  • If your Office 365 is not opening, you can fix this by performing a simple repair. For this, right-click the Start button and go to Apps and Features > select Microsoft Office > Modify > Quick Repair.

  • If Office 365 is not receiving mails or sending one, you can fix this by rebooting your internet connection.
  • Try updating your Microsoft Office software to fix the Office 365 not responding issue. For this, you need to open any Office app, go to File > Account and under Product Information, choose Update Options > Update Now.
  • If facing Office 365 activation issue, make sure that you are signing in with the right account and that your subscription has not expired.

Office 365 Installation Error

  • If you are unable to install Office 365, try using Office offline installer that can help bypass potential proxy, firewall, antivirus, or internet connection issues that might be hampering the installation.

To fix this, start Task Manager, go to Processes tab and look for the Windows Update Standalone Installer (wusa.exe). Select End task and you can now see the installation resuming. Make sure your Office 365 subscription is active

  • Close all your Office apps and open the Services & subscriptions page.
  • Sign in to your Microsoft account associated with your Office 365 subscription.
  • Review the details under Office 365 and if the subscription has expired, you can renew it.

Make sure your payment information is up-to-date

  • After downloading completes, the Application Install dialog box will open.
  • Select Install to start the installation process.
  • Tap on I agree check box to accept the Microsoft Services Agreement.
  • Click on the Yes button to allow the app to make changes to your device.
  • Follow the instructions on screen to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Download and install the Office uninstall support tool from the official website.
  • Once the installation completes, the Uninstall Office products window will open.
  • Select the version you want to uninstall and then tap the Next button.
  • Follow the instructions on screen and when the process finishes, restart your computer.
  • After you restart your computer, the tool will automatically reopen to complete the final un-installation.
  • Select the version of Office you want to install or reinstall.
  • Again follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall Office 365 in your system.
